• All poems included in our jars and other offerings are original and written by us. • Products are pre-curated and not customizable unless otherwise discussed with the brand on a special request which the brand has to agree upon. • Images shown are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging and presentation may vary slightly.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made securely at checkout via our online payment gateway or opted as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD may be limited to specific locations or order values, and we reserve the right to decline COD orders that do not meet our criteria.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship across India. International shipping may be offered on a request basis.
• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on courier partners.
• We are not liable for delays due to incorrect address details or courier delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if a product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage.
• The opening video of the sealed package is mandatory to claim a replacement for transit damage.
• If approved, we will send a replacement within three working days.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, gifting preferences, or delivery delays outside our control

• All poems, packaging design, and website content are the intellectual property of Poetry & Presents.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our content—whether poetry, designs, or product concepts—will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and may invite legal proceedings.

• We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products or website.
