Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business working days.
  •  Tracking details are shared via email once the item is shipped.
  •  We are not liable for courier delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping details

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if a product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage.
• The opening video of the sealed package is mandatory to claim a replacement for transit damage.
• If approved, we will send a replacement within three working days.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, gifting preferences, or delivery delays outside our control.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed, as all our products are made and packed with care upon order.
• In rare cases, if you wish to request a cancellation, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate the request if the order has not already entered processing or shipping.
• Cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) cannot be cancelled once dispatched
